The current real estate market is shifting back to a more balanced market. Consumers are hearing the current market described as “returning to a normal market”. I believe a better characterization to be a more balanced market. This is an excellent post with great information. Thanks for sharing it. Bill Yes Joe, why would anyone steal your toilet paper? At least Titus had a good reason and the toilet paper stayed in your own house. It's hard to believe but stealing toilet paper is a real thing. In the office building I am you can not remove a roll until it's empty and the cleaning crew only leave one extra roll because of theft. How sad is that? One of the stupidest acts of theft I have witnessed was at a bar when a young man (21 I'm sure) came out of the restroom, near the pool table I was running, with one of those giant rolls under his shirt... like no one would notice that. BTW, what a sure way to impress the ladies 🤪.
