Th first "why" in the purchase of real estate is general location. The second "why" is the neighborhood and the final "why" that needs to be answered is the dwelling itself.  The agent providing th answer to ll the "why's" is the true professional.

Finding the right area to live is the first thing should be done and I have seen many buyers turn down homes that they love because they don't like the area it is within.

Falling in Love with anything seems appropriate as we welcome a new season.  And like springing into action of any kind, the reasons for doing so are varied.   That's what makes real estate and everyday life so interesting.  

First Q:  I agree, for the most part. Buyers can fall in love with areas they cannot afford.
