Thank you once again "Video Guru of the Rain"! I will be back to study the video. 

Rolling your own, a subject that is getting more prevalent in parts of the country than I would have thought possible many years ago.

As far as hiring out video professionals, I believe that it is rather costly, perhaps I should look into it.

I subscribe to the services of a social media company and it costs me around $400/year.  I can have them do 2 custom videos each month, but I have not taken advantage of that much.  They do churn out the video shorts that I use for my weekly 85234 market report and those seem to be a hit.

It has been years since I hired a professional video marketing company. It was not cheap yet well worth the return on the investment. 

I've always done my own Andrew Mooers | 207.532.6573 so the cost is just a quality webcam, camera or a phone. I have also used a backdrop in the past and you can purchase them very reasonably at Hobby Lobby.

Depends on interior or exterior, voice over or not.  Can be $100 to $1,000.
