Your suggestion is a good one. Pushing someone toward the first step may be the hardest part. After that, off & running!

I have heard that every 10 showings should bring at least 1 offer and if the showings are occurring, but no offers are being made, something is wrong, haha.

Video does allow us to expand the message and drag folks through the entire property rather than staying on the road out front and missing all the cool things inside.
