No, most days I go to work naked.

But seriously, I dress for where I'm going and what I'm doing.  For me, work often entails going to job sites, so my attire for that is similar to my around the house and around town attire.  T-Shirt and cargo pants.

You will want to have a professional appearance with your name tag on when you are at the grocery store or local restaurants. Everybody wants to talk about real estate.

Yes I do Will Hamm but some days that means wearing clothes to do chores in. ie today I had no appointments but I knew I would have time to build a shelf in my office so that is what I dressed for YET I dressed nice enough in case someone needed a Notarization.

At least business casual.    For listing appointments, closings, meetings with lawyers, lenders, I wear a coat and tie, dress shirt, cuff links.   I can always shed the coat and tie if I am "overdressed".

Since most of my work is done from my home office, I can dress any way I want.

If meeting a client, going on a listing, attending an inspections, etc., I dress appropriately.

This is a decent & relevant question. NO, I do not. However, if I have a Real Estate appointment, I dress for success, first impression & out of respect in general for the opportunity & the industry. I relax when escrow closes

No Sir.

I have 2 work personas...

1) When I "suit up" and spend the day in the field "shaking hands, kissing babies, and makin' it rain"

2) When I work in my home office, in my gym clothes, and return/answer/initiate all calls/emails in lightning speed

Now if you want details on my 2nd job...

As one who attended a military high school and wore a tie and jacket 7 days a week for four years during the era of tie died T-shirts, no socks and faded jeans, I am a casual guy. When I graduated from law school, I took my first job where a tie was not necessary 5 days a week. When I moved to Florida, threw all my ties away. A golf shirt, slacks, no socks and loafers were my business attire. Still is and I am back in the Chicago for 9 years.

If I am out seeing and being seen, I am probably 'dressed cute'.
If meeting a client it depends on where and for what. I'm gonna advise them if we are meeting at a vacant dusty building or walking land it would probably behoove them to have long pants and shoes (not sandals), and I might have one of my glam blingy do-rags on my head!
I am not a 'business suit type' and no one else out here is either. When it is 120 in the summer, it's just not practical.

Well, if by "dress for work" you mean putting on real pants instead of my trusty pajama bottoms, then yes, I'm practically a fashion icon! Who knew that “business casual” could include a superhero T-shirt and fuzzy slippers?

No, I literally go naked.  Okay all kidding aside, the answer is still, it depends.  Like today when it's NOT my duty day and I'm in the office covering for an agent with an appointment but later will be keeping my youngest grandson.... I am wearing yoga pants and a sweater because it's cooler than normal.

If I'm showing property again it depends if I'm showing lake homes by boat still very casual, if I'm showing in town a little dressier, if I have a consultation appointment, or a closing still business casual.  I work in a market where "dressy" to do real estate just isn't a thing.

Define "dress". lol  When I work from home, it's usually the official uniform of the state of Florida...shorts, tank top and flip flops but in the cooler weather a t-shirt instead of tank. When I am out, at least business casual but depending on the agenda for the day it could be anything from country club casual to classy casual. Rarely do I dress to the nines any more.
