I used to post self help videos for homeowners. My most successful video was how to change a whole house water filter. To date it has 131K views.

I do use YouTube from time to time to find instructions for how to do something.

At first I resisted the idea but theses days my use is increasing and shows no signs of slowing down. If I was not retired I likely would be much further along by shear necessity. 

I would say that I search weekly for some sort of solution on YouTube.

YouTube has taught me how to give myself a B12 shot, how to reset the display in my truck, how to remove the lock from a tequila bottle when the clerk forgot, and so many other things! The saying 'no one is as smart as everyone' holds true. There's always someone who has had the same problem or experience.

Kind of like here. Oh, and Reddit. LOL

I never go onto YouTube for anything personal unless I need to look up a quick fix for something.... that means at best once a month.

Years ago, I loved accessing YouTube for 50's & 60's singing groups & was thoroughly entertained. Since then, they have cracked down a little because of infringement rights but you still get some access. I love the HOW TO do videos which are very helpful to do just about anything yourself. 

I use Youtube tutorials pretty frequently - in fact almost daily given I use it for drum lessons mostly, then DIY, and then real estate.

Not as often as others, but nice to know there usually is a fix on YouTube.

It has been known to happen.  Good Heavens, the World Wide Web is at our fingertips making finding solutions nearly an immediate thing. 

Every time something breaks. Youtube has saved me thousands of dollars. As I understand it, Youtube is the 2nd biggest search engine behind Google.  

Usually once every 2-3 months.  I try to avoid youtube for most things and prefer written words for the majority of things that I need to research, simply because 1) it's quicker and far easier to find what I'm looking for and 2) Most of what I look for is technical stuff which does NOT lend itself to video (lots of code that needs to be typed and copy/paste works far better).

a few times a week.  It's great for how to fix stuff.

weekly.  this week it was how to install a new printer on an apple computer.  An agent in my office for a new computer and it was different on the desk top mac than on my macbook pro.  Easy to find on youtube though.

I am on YouTube about a third of the time when on the television.  It's the best means of getting pertinent information.

Quite often. I just did a search this morning and it's only 4:54 a.m. Arizona time.

Nearly every day, lately we have been doing a lot of research into PV systems as we upgrade our solar systems on campers and cabins.

It's great for recipes.  I hardly look in cookbooks anymore, except tried and trusted recipes.
