The only metric that ever mattered to me was how many buyers called me to buy one of my listings because of X marketing tactic. The answer was zero.
I may resurrect the videos with my next entry-level listing and put on them "call me direct and you won't pay a buy-side commission". I think that will be the video factor that draws the most interest. :) Obviously, that won't go in the MLS.
