Oh Hell Yes.  

There are times I marvel and what I do in my business. Sometimes we need to step in, step up, and take things on that are not part of the contract. 

I guess we can say we are Bad to the Bone and Good to the Bone.

Hmm when we work smarter, not harder, are we not truly working harder? I guess this is all in the definitions of harder.  Smarter for means being effective and harder means being efficient.
