Agents are agents.  Some Zillow agents are good, some aren't.  Some Coldwell Agents are good, some aren't.  Some Redfin agents are good, some aren't.  Some Century21 agents are good... are you seeing a pattern here?

My thought is you should not be naming a $X. This is what makes us look like we're all about the commission. Public facing even?

 

My other thought is let the buyers work with their agent. I tell buyers that are with me that they are Lady Gaga Poker Face while the seller or the seller's agent is around.
