I do enjoy when writers use Active Rain as a resource and quote our illustrious members.  Very nice.

I remember, many years back when I first started in this business, the National Association of Realtors had conducted a study that showed that approx 15% of our buyers originate from the yard sign.  I assumed that number had decreased over the years.  It's nice to see, at least based on the NAR profile quoted in this article, that 35% of buyers still find the yard sign "useful".
