So . . . I would come up with my own original ideas, then search for posts on those topics and see if it's been done before! This portal is coming up on 20 years in existence, chances are there is nothing new under the sun but you may be able to put your unique spin on it!

I doubt that there is anything that has not been covered.

Write what you know, repeated info is common here and throughout the net, just dont copy someone else's work, they get upset about that.

I believe after all this time, everything has been covered, including Unicorn Farts and False Promises!

Everything has been covered & resurrected from time to time. With the Internet, anyone can access data of interest instantly making me question seminars, books, tapes and the like for sale for $$$. Personally, I like hearing from firsthand accounts, people in the field with experience & Q & A forums that get to the point as they engage. 

Realtors that went to jail for their actions as a Realtor.

Write about things you are well versed in. Share your points of view and make it unique to you ... that makes it your original. 

Lots of great things can be discovered here. I used to go with questions from buyers or sellers.
