ho hum to the first half and half time.  All the fuss about a less than spectacular event. 

Reba was fantastic.  The cameras did not fan the players to see who took a knee.  I did notice the athletes did not place their hand over the hearts during the national anthem which is tragic.

Social media is a buzz that T and T will leave the country if Trump gets re-elected.  Great influencers to say the least.  Rant over😎

I thought the commercials and halftime show were a yawn. I think Kelce should be ashamed of himself for pushing and yelling at his coach. Reba was a pleasure to listen to but the guy that did America the Beautiful - not so much. This sounds really negative but I had a great time hooting and hollering at the TV.

I watched the game but not the halftime show. They don't seem to invite the kind of entertainers I like, so I do other things then.

Glued to one of the most amazing super bowls I've ever seen, and I've seen 45/58 of them. While I do prefer bigger rock acts for Super Bowl, but as a former DJ, Usher was one of my go to dancefloor artists and I love anything that makes people dance. So, for me it was nostalgic of my disc jockey days, and I do like his music - but still, a little ho-hum.

I would rather have ALL OF MY TEETH extracted without novocaine than watch that trash.

I searched on Youtube for the commercials and half time show. I saw it all in 30 seconds and moved on to something different.

I generally do not watch this, however I happened to be in the room at the time.  I could not hear what they were singing very well, a lot of dancing, not worth the time or expense in my opinion.

Thought it was awful! That's my 2 cents worth.

watched less than two minutes at the beginning of halftime show, figured I was not the target audience and found something else to do.

Not really I was engaged in talking with guests and only kind of watching/listening.  Didn't WOW me.  I did like Reba singing.

I was reading a book during the half time.

I would have watched it Peter Mohylsky, Beach Expert but our signal got blocked by some wayward voltage on a power pole next to our home (really). My intent was solely to watch the half time show and I am NOT a Swifty but I do enjoy seeing how elaborate the half time shows are.

I missed pregame and streamed the bulk of the game while doing other things, and didn't watch halftime as that lined up perfectly with delivering the dinner bowls to all our furballs.  While I recognize Usher, I'm pretty sure if I was asked to name any of his songs, I'd draw a big blank, although I'm sure I've heard enough of them here and there over the years that maybe I should recognize some of them.  I'm more of a U2, For King & Country, etc. music fan.

Didn't watch, no thoughts.

Usher is talented but he is just like squishy cotton candy to me . . . and I love R and B but there's no rawness. I thought H.E.R. was cool, she can play guitar! 

As for the commercials, the Scorcese one with the aliens was pretty sadly funny! 

I watched the games, the commercials and half-time show.  Game was pretty slow, but a great ending, quite the nail biter.   Reba did a wonderful job, Usher was Ok, but seemed like way too many people, too much distractions.

I liked Usher... there have been better halftime shows... but I thought it was good.  But he was seriously upstaged by Reba.

I was skeptical with the pick of Usher but once the show started it was evident that it was well planned and thought out.  The visuals were spectacular and seeing Alisha Keys made the show awsome.  Usher was incredible and a genuine sharing super star.

I thought the halftime show was fine. I didn't grow up listening to Usher so I didn't know the songs. The folks who did seemed to love the halftime show because it spoke to their generation. Usher is 45 and he can still dance and did a great job on the roller skates. I liked Alicia Keys and was familiar with the song she sang. The other artist barely had a second to perform. Overall, I think the halftime show is very difficult to pull off. Reba killed it with the National Anthem. I thought Post Malone did a nice rendition of America the beautiful. Andra Day did a nice job with Lift every voice. 

I asked my mild mannered husband and son about the situation with Kelce yelling at his coach. They weren't as put off as others because they watch football, basketball, soccer and other sports regularly and felt it wasn't unusual during a high stress game. I think a lot of kids and moms were watching this year and were definitely taken aback. It did seem pretty aggressive to me but the coach also said it happens during high stress games.

Kelce ran over to Reid and screamed at him after the fumble.

"You guys saw that?" Kelce said. "I'm going to keep it between us unless my mic'd up tells the world. I was just telling him how much I loved him."

Reid said Kelce just wanted to be on the field.

"There's nobody I get better than I get him," Reid said. "He's a competitive kid. He loves to play. He makes me feel young. But my balance is terrible."

I came home from vacation with Covid on Sunday and slept all the way through the game...including halftime!

I watched all of the pregame, game and post-game shows. I love Reba!  Normally I enjoy Usher but for me the halftime show was sleepworthy. It is insulting as a football fan to have the producers constantly show Taylor Swift, especially almost immediately after the win. 

I suppose the next thing we could do is send the Chiefs to her concerts to dance and scream when she comes out on stage. 

And, this may not be PC but there is only one National Anthem to me.
