I am not yet a big fan of any thing related with AI.  It is still an emerging technology that needs to be proven.  It can increase productivity but at what cost of time and money?

anything that increases productivity is important to me.  only so many hour in the day as we sit here.  

AI, especially around image creation.  That would simplify licensing and finding the right photo immensely.

I'm pretty old school as is my brokerage, and we're still making money without AI just like we have for decades.  And by the time it's more popular we'll be retired.

Not a fan of AI.  I will leave it at that.

My nephew is in his first year of College.  He just signed up for a course in "AI for Business".   I asked him to let me know how it goes!

I hope AI can make some agents improve on their spelling and grammar.  Some blog posts I see here are truly spectacular in their errors!

I think you're on the right track with productivity. I would love some sort of technology to help me organize my photos - and ease of sharing my photographer's photos, drone shots, virtual tours and reels across all platforms. It would be optimal if we were able to have that then work for marketing pieces utilizing the photos, video, etc.

Quite frankly, this demonstrates how websites can be spawned spontaneously. It's gonna be scary.
