Nathan's, or Hebrew National?
My choice is 2
And put ketchup on them, not mustard!

I used to sell hot dogs and have eaten them all my life. Boiling a dog in beef broth delivers maximum taste & enjoyment. Next up? A grilled dog for unique taste & presentation. Toppings must be fresh & subjective as a hot dog is very personal. If you can warm or toast the buns, better still. Lastly, the quality of the dog is very important. First, must have a casing so you get the "snap" when you bite into it plus it holds in the juices. Then, dog formulas are all different regarding taste & ingredients. The dog rules and right behind it? A sausage sandwich with grilled onions thank you.

I go with 2 but haven't had a real hot dog since Hebrew National started adding soy, ruined the taste. If I can find a veggie hot dog, will try that instead.
I think the last hot dog in the pic was supposed to be 4 and it looks like the photo was cut off at the bottom. There were two of the other choices so thinking somehow only one is shown for 4.

Good morning Joan Cox,
I saw a video on how hot dogs are made and it is very difficult for me to eat one now. About once a year, I do dare to eat one, but it has to be a # 3.

Vienna hot dogs with mustard, not ketchup like Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate Chicago style with mustard, pickle relish, tomato, onions, a pickle spear and celery salt. If cooked on the grill I prefer number 2.

Probably somewhere in the middle between 1 and 2. And I only eat all beef hot dogs on the rare occasion that I have one. And I mean rare... it's been years since I've had one.

I do not eat hot dogs or any kind of "meat".
Hot Dogs may well be the most vile forms of "meat" available.
I would not feed hot dogs to my dog.
4 may be burnt to a crisp and tossed in the trash.
Enjoy your hotdogs, Joan.

As a rule I do not ever eat hot dogs.
HOWEVER if I did, only uncured 100% Angus Beef dogs . . . and they're not done until they're DONE! 3 for me! Ezekiel sprouted grain buns. And organic no sugar ketchup . . .

I love hot dogs but only have them once or twice a year. I like 2 but I cover mine with regular mustard (lots of it) and some relish.
