We're all on the leaderboard...wherever that may be. That's not how the public finds us though. They search for a topic and if you've written about it and the post ranked, they come into the site on your post's page.

Keep in mind, position on the leaderboard is rather meaningless. The activity is what is important for either clients or brokers to find you. My place on the leaderboard is in the top 10 for NYC, but how hard is that- when only 3 people have been posting in recent months from my area within the top 50 on the New York, NY leaderboard- and the other 2 parties hardly interact. Even if I zoom out to all of New York State, I am within the Top 100 on the leaderboard...but I don't think there is more than a handful of NY participants posting on a regular basis. A large portion of those on top of the state level leaderboard haven't even been active in years. Given this perspective, you realize placing value on the leaderboard doesn't add much, if any, value.

Only 30 people, about 0.4%, have earned over 500,000 points.
It's mostly inactive accounts.
It would be interesting to show a "last activity" date to see how many active members are here.
And. maybe add an asterisk to deceased members, unless they are still posting and voting in elections...
