Not a fan of AI when I need customer service and will look for the first opportunity to speak with a representative.  As such, I won't rely on that to help my customers.  Granted, I am not a company with high revenue growth but I think it would turn people away if they had to deal with AI as their first point of contact.

I do not think that I am intelligent enough to use Artificial Intelligence.

LOL - I read a month or so back that they were going to test AI as a lawyer in court to defend someone on a speeding ticket. Than I read that the person and CEO were going to face jail time!

I am using aome AI but not to its full potential.  Not sure I will go that route.  I am still a believer of hands-on and even face-to-face.  AI does not do that for me. 

I'll go with Candice A. Donofrio on this one. It is a benefit I have used for years.

In one form or another, like it or not, we are all using AI, and/or AI is using us.

I think we're all using AI to a degree but for most of us, we're in a relationship focused real estate business.  And THAT requires HI... Human Interaction.  

We have too little natural "I" in this world.  While I've been utilizing AI for years in other endeavors, it's not quite yet at the point where it's going to launch skynet and take over the world.

It seems that real intelligence is limited these days, so it must be Artificial Intelligence taking over the world.

Have not tapped into the possibilities.

Somewhat, I am sure that there is much more I could be doing in this area.

our website does somewhat to choose homes to send to people who have looked at one house and never come back.  But I believe in hands on, personal contact.

You bet I am! Our company purchased a piece of AI technology that I have been religiously using & have gotten several listings over the past few years from it. We just purchased another AI program and have a third one in the works as a result of the first one being such a huge success. 

We can't avoid using AI.  Smart-phones, Smart-TV's, Smart-Cars etc.

AI is still in the process of "hitting its stride". I use it more for personal needs, i.e. as helpers: Alexa and Google around the house, Siri to read out my messages when I'm driving and so on; nothing too fancy as yet.
