Not sure what you are asking Peter Mohylsky but it would be a huge turn-off to me. Our climate is always changing. North Dakota was once tropical and that is why there are so many dinosaur finds in our State and in Montana. There was no "Man made" climate change going on then and I don't believe their is now either. Man always wants and claims God's power. Sorry, only God is going to change Earth's climate. 

That being said, as a Christian, I do believe man is to be a good steward of the gift God gave us.

I never use RPR for comps, but I do use it to pull other needed data for my reports. Especially for deciding on farm areas. But as a Realtor I see no sense in using for climate change impact!

Climate change is a hoax ! Blaming the U.S. Taxpayer for the problem is absurd! China, India, Pakistan, Russia and Europe produce more problems for planet Earth than the U.S. Banning gas stoves, lawnmower and gasoline cars in the U.S. Will not address the issue, only make our Country weaker and the laughing stock of the World... O  wait, our politicians and lobbyist already have done that.

RPR is useless in my area. We do sales comps by very specific subdivisions and RPR can't drill down to that level of detail so I don't use it. I think this whole climate change thing is overblown and a link to a climate change impact app would not pique my interest. In fact, maybe just the opposite.

I've used RPR to analyze out of the area properties, but use Bright MLS to do a more detail evaluation in my area. Looks like the powers that be are sticking their noses into an area they don't need to be. Climate Change is a money grab tool in my opinion.

I also like it and use it all of the time. It's an impressive app that when used on-location, is a great way to show clients nearby sales and the reports are also impressive.

I used it as recently as today and did not notice this link. I can say though, I never would click or utilize that link! Thanks for sharing, Peter!

Not familiar with RPR or the climate change app and agree with Lyn, that all real estate is local. There are already too many wokester alarmists out there using fear and spewing disinformation to the gullible.

One, in particular, tried scaring everyone saying a piece of an iceberg, the size of a small country, broke off in Antartica. Yeah, it also happened in 2022, 2021, 2017 and many other years...It's called WEATHER!
