Sorry, Peter Mohylsky I only use Gmail to access Google apps. I never use it personally or for business emails.

Hi Peter
Yes I have Gmail accounts but I don't trust them or like them.
Their upgrade is not worth the money, in my opinion. Go with the suggestions on this page from Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA
Or,
Consider lesser-known but secure email services like Proton Mail or Mail Fence. They have basic free accounts so you can try it out, see if it works, then upgrade to get more folders, etc.
Mail Fence freebie has limits to the number of recipients per email (I think it is five including Cc and Bcc) but I haven't hit a limit to how many total emails I can send out.
Proton Mail limits you to only a few folders, unless you pay for the upgrade.

You are better off using a service like SendInBlue, Mailchimp, Contsant Contact, etc. for this.
I have never run up against their limit for personal accounts. Google for Business is something I looked into a while back, but the cost was in-line with other more secure and privacy focused companies, so I went with the other company.

That's one reason why I like using a CRM other than many other reasons, that can send more messages using!

Used to be 100, not sure now.
You can use Google Workspace and have your email be your domain name, and Google takes care of everything. Just like Gmail, but you can use your domain.

I have a gmail, but it's not what I use for business. It's the one I give to people at the cash register when they demand to email me my receipt

I have two Gmail business accts, the free one that I got from KW which works pretty well and the one that I signed up for when I went to exp that costs 12 dollars a month and has so many restrictions that it is nearly useless.
Dont use either for mass emails since it is simpler to do this through kw command which is hooked right into my db and a lot of other tools.

I have never exceeded the limit for gmail, so I don't worry about it. if I ever do, I'm sure they'll let me know. Mail chimp is probably most affordable for what you want.

Peter I don't use a gmail address, I did years ago but it was more of a hassle. I do have a CRM that I've used for many years and our local net service which has been fine. Good luck!

I do not use Big Tech snoopmail for anything except throwaway junk mail.
I use a paid Proton Mail Plus account with 10 email aliases and free SimpleLogin with 10 email forwarding aliases. So, my contacts and vendors do not have my true Proton email address, and I receive zero spam there.
If you are doing bulk mailings such as a newsletter to a customer list, I would use a third-party emailing service provider. But, beware, research the vendor's cybersecurity practices and employee security training first. Inform customers and subscribers of your Privacy Policy.
MailChimp recently reported a security incident where a hacker used employee credentials to access accounts. MailChimp Breach
Gmail Help says you can send or receive up to 500 emails per day.
Google Workspace allows up to 2,000 emails per day, sent to up to 10,000 recipients.

I use Top Producer with my GMail account and the limit is a maximum of 1,000 per day.

I only have a gmail account for junk mail. I use outlook and my server is GoDaddy and I have no limitations for sending or receiving. I have no limits on sending in my CRM, either.
