I've gotten a few things from spams over the years, especially from competitors.  The buy domain people are fun.  I just keep the domain on my radar for when they lose interest.

I have found value in things that we perceived to be spam.  I refinanced at 2.25% and found a great Healthcare Plan this way.  I also received a Los Angeles Chargers Football autographed by the team last week too.
