I do. It is playing a bigger role as my market is shifting from a hot seller market to increased inventory, longer days on market, and a LOT of price reductions.

Our absorption rate have been below 30 days for so long that it has become a forgotten item. If the market continues to slow, absorption rate will become a significant statistic again.

Absorption rate:  I use typically for my sellers when listing and buyers when comping for an offer - but not since 2019. May have to start again soon.
