Let's hope that the trainees do not forsake their common sense and learn to trust what is right in their hearts. Also, these teachers need to get past shallow questions/answers and start teaching Real Estate trench must knows

Here in Florida in person learning is back.  A friend of mine who is a broker in another state was in class and met a dynamic group of newbies that included several brokers from other States.  I personally enjoy connecting with new energy and cultivating new relationships.

 

Still not a fan of how they test.  5 multiple choice answers, all correct.  You must select the most correct just to pass the school test.  Then onto the State test a month later... same MO

They are an online school, I feel bad for the people that pay this (alleged) institution, and it frustrates me the instructors unleash them in this community. the ability to fog a mirror and a credit card seems to be the high standard of admission.

Yes and I feel sorry for the students who are paying good money but are directed here to ask questions that should either be answered by the instructor or covered in class.

It appears to be.  Although I suspect enrollment will shrink as prices stabilize and perhaps drop.  I noticed a ton of Open House signs are starting to pop up on weekends.
