Yes, several times.  It's a good service, but you don't get the criminal background checks anymore for free.  You have to run the credit ($30) to get them.  Last year you didn't need to.

If you plan on doing a lot of rentals, get your own company account.  They kick-back some of the monies earned towards the company.  Large companies tend to have their own RentSpree parent account for this reason.  That's also why CAR offers it.  It's basically like a pyramid scheme/MLM setup in that regard.

Our MLS has it but I have not used it.  We get a lot of calls for seasonal renters in south Florida.  It's too bad there aren't very many.

I've not heard of RentSpree or what it's supposed to do. I know it's not something our MLS offers. In any event, I don't do rentals.

Our mls does not offer this, however we do subscribe to some sort of screening service, though I leave that end of the business to Nick so I am not familiar with what he uses.

Yes, I used it for several years now, I do not have many rentals, and use it only for applications and a contract, not for property managing( I do not do that) .
