No. I probably wouldn't do that inside of a house. However, and Andrew Mooers mentioned, if there are lake views, ocean views or something special, I would consider it for that purpose. 

I suspect that most would look at this as sellers spying on buyers while they tour the property.

We do have buyers agents who share the property with their out of state buyers via video.

No.  Would make it really easy for the owner to spy on showings.  I'm not a fan of video showings anyways.  You can't truly experience the house and, in my experience, the deal fails 100% of the time.

I have not. There is no need for one, IMO. The photos and video show all that a buyer needs to see. Adding to that, like Ryan Huggins - Thousand Oaks, CA - my sellers will not accept an offer from buyers who have not physically toured the home. Never say never. There may be a time when there is an exception made.  

I provide tons of professional photos, aerials, and virtual/video tours for my listings. What would a live cam add except a way for sellers to "spy" on prospective buyers (which they normally don't like).

Seems like that seller wants to surveil the buyers. Isn't that what a Ring doorbell does? Look who's here.

As an out-of-state investor, this sounds like a great idea but I don't think it is necessary. When I buy out of state I get a video from the realtor or we get on a video call and review the property that way. A live cam is not going to tell me any different from what I see on video and what is described to me. In certain places I invest, I partnered with someone who has the Matterport. That gives me a full view of everything inside and a video of the surroundings and I'm happy. Obviously, I do much more DD than just that but a live camera won't be a difference to me as a buyer. 

I have not.  Don't like the idea of the spying part of this.   Buyers want to feel free and comfortable walking through -- if I have an out of town client I can always do facetime.

I have not, and Colorado says if sellers have audio or video this information needs to be in the MLS and on the front door warning buyers.

Live on a lake part of the year. Have had a lake cam used to tap into whenever a buyer, a local neighbor wanted to check out the waterfront at any moment experience. If you have internet anyway, stream away. But for a property listing, the video shot, edited, rendered, uploaded is the whole nine yards of what's for sale. Ready round the clock to open house tour. A follow up personal live whats app or facetime video is streamed with the buyer asking questions and "driving" the camera through and around the property listing.

Matterport tours, which we provide on all our listings, does the trick. We don't need a "spy" camera.
