   We have never worn masks, except for admission to doctor's offices and the VA outpatient clinic (the very people who should know that this whole thing is bull). 

 

Once,  when this virus scare first got underway, I was asked by a Costco employee to put on a mask; I ignored him and continued shopping. About the same time, some customer in the Fresh Market asked me, "Don't you have a mask?"  My reply to him was, "And who are you?"  He didn't answer.

 

    In the past few days we have been to Grove Park Inn in Asheville North Carolina, the Dillards store in Greenville South Carolina, and other places.   Nobody has said, "put on a mask".

We got rid of mask mandates a while ago in Florida. 

I can think of one place I go to that requires masks, but most businesses are no longer requiring them.

I have been mask free for a long time.  Your Sheriff's Department and mine have both publicly stated that they won't do anything about people not wearing them... not that they can since there is no actual law for them to enforce.

No one has stopped me or given me any headaches over it in well over a year.  At least, no one official.  A customer here or there freaked out, but they were wearing a cloth mask that provides no protection anyways.  They didn't see the humor in that.

I do not know. This is the first I am hearing about lifting the mandate. 

Update:  I just checked and discovered 

"Santa Clara County is the only Bay Area county that won't be relaxing its indoor mask mandate."

Most areas around here have dropped the mask mandates, however I still see quite a few people who are afraid of themselves driving around alone wearing a mask. 🙃

I don't pay attention anymore, I have not worn one since April 2021, triple vacc'd and living my life. If a business owner requires one, I comply, otherwise been enjoying 10+ months of normal living maskless.

I don't think there are any mask mandates in my area which I am happy about since I cannot breathe as well with a mask on.  Soaking in fresh air and sunshine is good for my health!

We have not had mask mandates for a very long time. There are only one or two businesses in town that require them. If you go anywhere else, you can wear one if you want to, but there's no requirement.

City/County/State are Kalispell, Flathead, Montana.

Inna we haven't had a mask mandate since last year in spring sometime. Life has been going on normally for a long time here.  It seems very odd to me that the Super Bowl fans wore no masks and yet the children are stuck in masks all day long.  I for the kids sake hope this goes away soon.

Frederick MD lifted their a couple days ago, but other counties are still evaluating. I still carry masks because some businesses are still requiring them. We are still having outbreaks of Covid, and I know an 80 year old man and a 45 year old man both just died of Covid within 3 days of each other. Best to still protect yourself however you want. One of my nieces and one brother also just tested positive for Covid and they were both vaccinated.

The governor sets the tone. He can lift it for the state then each city/town can decide. From there each business can decide. It seems we're about 50/50. If there is a sign on the door then you need a mask.

I think Oregon will be the very last to lift these.  Supposedly we will be mask-less March 31.  I have no idea why that date is the date chosen, but it is.

More and more people in Los Angeles County are removing their masks.  Most places have people grabbing a drink or something to eat when indoors to justify not wearing a mask, others just ignore the mandate.

LA County's mask mandate remains in effect despite the governor allowing the statewide mask mandate to expire on February 15th as planned.

 

REALTORS® should continue to wear masks during showings, open houses, and when necessary in brokerage and association offices until the county lifts their local order.
