Parkbench is a Canadian company that networks localism websites. So that real estate agents can be considered the neighborhood expert, and interact with other neighborhoods and their community. This is nothing that you could not set up yourself and AR people have been doing this for well over a decade and a half. If you look at the Google reviews, they're not super shiny. I would pass.

Yes, I have, and it was because a agent associate wanted me involved in helping them! 

 

But we soon discovered that we could unitize Facebook in the same manner without the additional cost other then our time...

I read a few comments as I didn't know what PB was.  Now that I know, it's clear one can create that on their own.  There's another one called Neighborhood or something like that - and I tried it but it was so - full of people complaining and selling something.

I have NO EXPERIENCE with PARKBENCH.
However, I do have loads of experience with "localized grass roots' marketing. What I have discovered is:
1. It is highly effective
2. DFU localization is NOT effective
3. It is costly in the investment of TIME.

My criteria for success was finding an enterprise with sufficient critical mass to attract web traffic. If the provider is doing NO MARKETING to the public, stay away. This predator expect to benefit from YOUR marketing effort.
My second consideration was "What have I to talk about that anyone cares about that leads to MONEY?"
Just this week in Tampa Bay a real estate sale was completed using Etherium, NFT and that whole block chain thingy. I need not talk about cryptocurrency to engage the community in the myriad of benefits that brings to the home buyer and seller.
iBuyers, smart forms, block chain all presenty solutions to those seeking to buy when they feel they can not be competitive.
If you have something to talk about that is not identical to real-estate-agent jargon, grassroots localism is an asset you should engage BUT make sure you OWN the respources. That is the real problem, with ParkBench you are simply renting space and have no tenant rights. That was where I went wrong. They closed doors and all my work went up in smoke.
