No. The most useful thing I have ever done as a broker is stay on top of any changes in statute and do the best work possible with each of our clients and colleagues.
IF you are asking what we might be most drawn to in terms of content, I'd say just that. Updates in laws, rules and practices. This would have to be tailored for state.
Beyond a certain point, we know how to get business in, and how to say no to the wrong clients. Then, it's PERSONAL development that matters the most. Agents burn out and lose perspective. They won't admit to it publicly, but this is the nature of our business. So you might toss in nutrition, physical fitness or even meditation for longevity and energy in our business.

Hate to be this vague, but it's whatever I need at the moment to solve an issue I'm having right then and there. The only constant is that I follow our state's webinars on the new forms, so long as they are forms I will actually use (most aren't).

The most valuable professional development I ever did was Toastmasters. I joined very early in my career and did it for about eight years. I was well worth the time and money.

That fluctuates with the times, but I'd say the most consistent need for me is marketing and branding; staying up on the times for tech solutions in this world. I in mastery when it comes to relationship building through networking and customer service after 38 years of owning businesses, but tech and marketing seem to evolve faster than me.

Everything I might find useful. Lots of questions always pointing toward improvement of something.
Marketing tips to sellers? or to buyers? Maybe, if they weren't the same old garbage.

Technology and marketing are the two that change as much as our state forms - so, when I get a minute to read, that's what I read.
This platform has been a constant source of learning for me and I'm more prone to read an article here than on any other real estate site.
There's nothing more important, however, than what I need at the moment! The topics can be all over the board when I'm in search of information for a current issue/client!

The response to such a question must vary based on the maturity of an agent's business and skillset.
The "I just got my license, Now What?" agent needs what most of us do not.
The 1-2 year in agent scrapping for survival has entirely different needs.
The 5-7 year agent is about optimizing.
The rest are drawn to force multipliers.
Today, for me, that honey is Problems and Solutions. Not the kind offered within the sandbox but solutions that actually require brutal assessment and commitment to implement.
For example, "How can I be sure the seller saw my dirtball offer?" is a common lament. That CAN be fixed.
For example, "How can a financed buyer compete with cash offers?" That can be fixed. Or the 'gotta sell first' buyer. That can be fixed.
