Get a team to work the desk from 0600  6 AM to 2330 1:30  PM the key to making video work is to answer questions live while they are shopping online. Then follow up can be an excel sheet with TONS of notes loaded into any CRM - total expert is nice Optify is cheaper... What are you willing to spend in cash and hours? It takes 90 days to start seeing any results 

Sorry, I can't help you there but, I can tell you that I use Follow-Up Boss and it's not a lead generating platform - only a CRM. 

I don't use lead generation platforms. My CRM is always a stand-alone which can easily move with me. I use Keap.

Great question, however, no program is good if you do not use it. Especially a CRM.  When it comes to the Lead Generation platforms you really need to do your own research and see what works for you!  Each of us has to tread our own path. I wish you the best!

They do not work for every agent.
The variable is the agent.
Success depends on the agent knowing the optimal way they want their business to run and the problems that must be solved. The problems you stated are Leads and Customer Relationship Management. Those are EVERY AGENT issue. Relying on only that data, agents end up using the same tools and those tools work for some.
I would challenge you to consider the following:
1. What do you have the most of time or money? If you are willing to invest the time, you will get into transactions faster.
2. Urgency. When MUST the next transaction occur? 90 days, 150 days? 360 days? This means, "are you going to hustle now or wait on the system to produce results?" The latter is why many advise newbies they need to have good reserves to survive.
3. Will you be operating SOLO or are there people available to respond to Internet Leads in 7.3 nano-seconds. If you are running solo, the leads you generate must be of quality that will find value in waiting for your response. EXCLUSIVE leads are of great value in this situation.
4. Do you see your business as traditional or are you able and willing to go where few have dared to venture?
A traditional business looks to cross the path of buyers and sellers with ads, email, blog posts and video. Add some postcards and FREE CMA and you've got a full-fledged traditional real estate enterprise. For this companies like Market Leader and Wise Agent are cost effective and agile. Success depends on maintaining a feeder system directing suspects to your landing/sales page.
The other option is a CRM that relies on 'INBOUND' marketing. This marketing has little to do with ones email 'IN BOX." Systems of this type employ rudimentary AI to project where your suspect is going and intercepting them at the places where their need and your solution intersect. If you have worked with a mortgage lender it is highly likely they utilize similar resources to detect if you are 'shopping' their mortgage offer. Companies using 'Inbound' technology attached to  a robust CRM for both personal and enterprise are in order of descending price:
Sales Force
Hubspot (to learn more this is the resource to use)
Sugar CRM.
Let me make one more suggestion. 
To augment the resources of the traditional agent, where the mantra of 'content is king' consider utilizing tools like Creaite, an AI content writer.
Just supply a few 'key words' or intent and it does the rest in quite an amazing fashion.

You have received some wise responses from the members.  And bottom line you have to figure it out for yourself , your market place, and your exist strategy if you leave a company.

I would go with Real Geeks if you are willing to implement a good SEO strategy and an initial PPC campaign to get leads while the SEO kicks in (could be months).

Spend the first year building area pages, targeting all types of areas, types of homes, homes with different amenities, etc.

No strategy will be easy or cheap.

The one that does what you want with the least effort. Different strokes for different folks. Make sure it is mobile and follows you not the broker with who you are currently associated.

I've not tried all of these. I use KW Command but used to use Follow Up Boss and it is easy to use. So it depends on what you're looking for.

I have a Real Geeks web site, and use their CRM with those on my site, but move them to Top Producer as that is my CRM I use regularly.

We have done these over & over again here. I'm sure you can google up some past responses. 

It is always better to generate your own leads than have to share leads assigned to many agents by these companies. I use my own blog and a mix of social media to reach new clients and remind those who know me what i do and i am here. It work better than any company could feed me
