Never heard of them, but paying a 25% referral fee AFTER closed transactions derived from their leads is one of the best ways to pay for leads.

Have not heard of them, but when I looked up the business, the descriptions are not in good English, which makes me suspicious and I don't like the up-front sign up fee idea.

Beware of scams where companies, such as RealJoiner or Fyebra, ask for a "Setup Fee" and provide poor-quality leads before disappearing. These types of companies are often newly registered and tend to operate for only up to 6 months before their website becomes inactive. It is important to exercise caution when dealing with such companies.

I was approached by them, and while the 25% referral fee is certainly fair, there is a $280 "set up fee," which they say is paid back at the close of the first transaction. I don't feel confident about that after having learned of another referral service that charges a set up fee and then just refers junk, meaning that the set up fee is never paid back.

Never heard of them, do they just charge the referral fee or do they also charge a membership fee?

I just looked at their website.  My first question to all of these lead providers is "do you need a credit card"  if the answer is no I'll listen, if the answer is yes I let them know that my policy to to only pay for a successful transaction at closing.  The only time I signed up after learning from Homegain, Zillow & Trulia was Redfin.  They helped to get me through the recession and then even they stabbed us in the back by opening their own brokerage.  They had us grow their name and then they became our competition.
