A standard form e-z to fill out is much needed. Proceed toward your success

I wish you all the best with this.  Doing BPO's is no longer my thing.

I was for many years, not for many years . . . Clear Capital was my main site and it was pretty automated even back then! (10 years?)

Hopefully the companies will accept your form. They each seem to use their own.

No I do not - not worth my time.

Fortunately I have enough going on to never need to worry about these.

Good to hear that you have a way to save time for these underpaid agents, hope it does not cost too much.

The right Charlotte REALTOR!

My only concern would be that the bank would accept the automated form and not their own. I no longer do them but, best of luck to you, Rhonda!

Hi, Rhonda.

I see that you are marketing this software.  I sincerely hope that you find BPO brokers and agents; it looks (on the surface) like a viable program.

To your question, I did BPO's in the mid 2000's.  I was getting lunch money... not worth my time.  I was glad to see your comment on this page that "You just have to turn the orders around fast for it to make sense financially".

I am not one, sorry. Some years ago agents had bad experiences with BPO's. Good luck with your venture.

I've done them but don't make a habit of it. Probably been a couple off years since the last one

I do them from time to time as does one other agent in my office, but not all companies are created equal for software so not sure how "autofill" would work.  It really doesn't take that long for me to type information.  At the height of my "typing career" (I actually worked as a typesetter and graphic artist for a newspaper) I accurately typed 120 words a minute.  30 years later I'm still around 65.

We are all BPO agents if given the opportunity.  That doesn't mean that we will all do them or accept them.
