My daily disciplines are how I grow inner & outer, Richie. Self-discipline is the key and operative word.  We must be dedicated to improving or we settle in or default in mediocrity,

We all must find our own way. 

We all have what is commonly referred to as a "bad day" or we fall from grace from time to time.  We pick up, learn from it, and move on. 

Discipline train, all aboard! Back to weights and more bike! Trying to channel Sensei Todaro! 

Richie - repetition is definitely a part of life. Constant improvement not only reinforces that but only also enhances it as we refine our routine.  

Not just at the beginning of the year but a daily positive change is a part of my daily routine. It can be as simple as reaching out to someone in need.

Professional and personal growth are always priorities and the journey will continue in 2022.

There's really no challenge to being comfortable, is there, Richie? Status quo is boring to me!

I am more drawn to those who aspire to grow each and every day, whether it's within themselves or giving of themselves by being more kind, giving, supportive and loving to others. 

Continue to watch my grandson and welcome a granddaughter in 2022. Read, walk and ponder more while enjoying retirement.

Read, write, daily walk, weekly hike, lift weights, swim laps, educate in classes and master mind with peers, spend more time with my bride and less time on screens. 2022 is my GET AFTER IT year!
