I go ahead and sign up for just about every class that looks the least bit interesting. If my schedule permits, I will take the course. ( if it's interesting, I stay till the end, if not, I leave) I read every interesting RE article I can get my hands on. Always have more CE credits than needed. I call anyone who seems to know more than me and ask questions. Each RE transaction is like taking another course...always something to learn. I stay in touch with former trainers from Floyd Wickman, Mike Pallen, and Gary Sisson. My weekly radio show keeps me on my game. Never know what questions I may get on air live and more during the week. And weekly Zooms, including but not limited to AR. I also call  John Meussner when I have a lending question. Every day is something new to learn.

John - Although this doesn't exactly answer your question, each day I visit ActiveRain is an education - not just real estate but human behavior.  And yes, both continue.  

The opportunities are endless. I am in a wonderful Mastermind with 5 other CRSs and have been for years, and the learning each month is priceless. I listen to webinars regularly (free and paid), read a fair number of RE articles whenever I can, and of course AR is a tremendous resource every day of learning, including the weekly Zoom meeting on Tuesdays. What more can you ask for?

No coaching, no retreats, no books, in general. I do the occasional webinar if it catches my fancy. After almost three decades in this business I could do my own coaching (which people have asked me to do). And at this stage of my life I read purely for pleasure... done with business books. Rare that I read anything really new.

Webinars, books and magazine articles. When active some out of town seminars.

I try to get all of my requirements out of the way quickly so that when classes come up that I am more interested in taking I don't have to worry about whether or not I need them to fulfill my obligations.

I am constantly taking zoom classes, webinars and any other online resource that seems to be worth learning.  It migt be once or twice a week or a couple of times per month depending on the subject.  I try not to ever miss a legal update or seminar.

We have Team training on how to work together to be successful...run by our Team Leader.

I have signed up for training on our revised purchase contract.

I undergo training from time-to-time as needed or for what I find interesting.

If I take classes outside of CE, it's on things that interest me as they come up.  No set schedule or punch list of topics.  Right now moving into another area of property management, so have been learning towards that.

Daily reading. Consults with attorneys. Attend legal webinars. Attend all meetings held by judges of the court to keep up on what's happening - changes, and court updates, etc. 

Definitely not coaching ... I echo Nina Hollander, Broker comment. 

I have reached the point where on the go training or learn as you go is in place. Think: an alert vacuum cleaner soaking up awareness. If you add that to problem solving and questions & answers, you just cruise after that

Life is balance. Exercise, diet, your thoughts and attitude help your career path zing. So does study of how others wearing the "R" do everything from listing to post selling. It's constant adjustment and adding or substracting from your own approach to how you reinvent your real estate career along the way. Read, never stop learning and innovate to keep the fire in your belly. Are you excited to get to work each day or meh happens? I still take classes and webinars of all kinds.  The more I learn the more I realize how little others know...including some instructors.

As much as possible, as often as possible. As others have mentioned, it's always balancing act so I try to combine and make the most use of my time: I check in with clients and peers (there's always so much wisdom there!) while on the road, I hike/run while listening to podcasts, I read when I have to wait somewhere for my kids. 

I pursue more CED than is required simply because I love learning. Plus I have so many dreams that I am eager to make come true. I am - at this moment (well, I'm on a lunch break) taking the CIPS class.... what an incredibly wonderful rabbit hole this is. I mean this in the most complimentary way possible!

We have a weekly mastermind meeting.  We read all kinds of materials regarding our field and our expanded reach, and we also attend masterclasses on all kinds of subject.  Bottom line, we are in learning mode 24/7.  A

on a daily basis I read and review.  going back to sme sites like AT to see what other folks are reading.  NAR actullly has some very interesting information.  I am ot interested in the alphabet soup after my name.  I just want to grow professinally.

I pick up whatever classes I can from my CCIM chapters  . . . there are always new things being offered!

Education is always on going in many ways. A lot easier now with webinars, videos, etc. I don't believe too much on getting designations - no need to collect those things. 

I am very selective because time is so valuable.

I take classes I think I will benefit from.  I generally have at least twice as many CE hours as needed.  My last class was gun safety and it was a blast.

When I was building my property management business, I obtained the CPM designation. (Certified Property Manager). I took appraisal courses to improve my skills as a VA appraiser. When we were selling a lot of land, I obtained the Accredited Farm and Land Broker designation.

Before opening my first real estate office, I majored in Finance as an undergraduate and then got my law degree and become a member of the bar. I have taken continuing education for lawyers and well as continuind education for real estate brokers.

Anytime I see a class I think I could benefit by, I take it.   Usually take 60 hours of education every year, if not more.

So how does social and psychological obserservations in one disapline relate to other disiplines?
For example what is the realtionship between marketing real estate services and the successful individual selling their coaching programs? How is this converted to consumer behavior?
For example what is the relationship between a population suffering some level of anxiety and uncertainty and the need for community? Or other needs?
I fiind observations and solutions from outside of real estate bring a fresh vision to the message that will resonate with the reader.
So, as the equation suggests, lacking a good chess companion, a visit to Khan Academy to explore inspiration like Eulers equation, stimulates the reality of relationship that is missed by most.
The problem is the only ones who can celebrate are those who share similar stimulous. To the rest of the world such a suggestion is just a voice in the wilderness.
From time to time, at a conference perhaps, I'll ask, "DO you feel deep inside that this is the way it has to be?"  When the response is "There seems to be something missing," the door is opened. Then one fish escapes from the sea of smiley faces.
The best education comes to ready ears in response to a well structured question.

The content generally depends on what is available the I think will help me to improve my business.

I take a lot of courses and books to improve (on blogging, monetization).  I also listen to podcasts and attend some online webinars. I have a mastermind group too. Plus, I call people of the phone. There is so much you can learn from others.
