I echo what Miss Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! said. Study hard.
Memorize it all and practice the study exams until you are in the high 90's. You will do fine on the exams.

Use the practice exams to measure your readiness. Take them repeatedly at a 45 miute to an hour allotted pace until you score in the mid 90's. That will provide you a time cushion for the actual exam. You will pass with flying colors.

For those who are confused, the national test is a thing. In some states, the test has two parts: the state portion and the national portion. The naitonal portion covers federal laws and other things that are universal across the states. If you fail one portion of the test, you only have to repeat that portion of the test.
Usually in states that use this system, if you want to get a license in another state, you do not have to repeat the national test, only the state exam for the new state.
Also, I don't know if Utah uses Pearon Vue or PSI as their testing vendor. But each vendor has their own version of the national test.
That's as much information as I know about it because Florida doesn't use this national test system. I only know about it from other real estate isntructors.

As others have said, study and do as many practice exams as possible. Get a good night's sleep, no stress or appointments the day of the exam. Go in with confidence and be sure to watch the time clock. Good luck, and please let us know how you do! Elijah Lenaburg

As others have said...study the course material and take the practice tests. If you can score over 90% on the practice tests you will have confidence for the real test.
Of course, there is no national real estate test. Individual states administer their tests and issue licenses to be a sales agent within that state.

Try googling; there may be some free practice questions online. Read the questions carefully, they may be tricky.

As far as I know there is no national exam except for the national component for a mortgage loan originatior.
That said, study hard-- the harder you study the luckier you'll get1 Also, prepare for little distractions such as a fellow test taker tapping a pencil on a desk, or somebody coughing. Knowing this going in, stay focused, and you'll be OK.
