While some commonality may be found with certain buyers, we learn so much more when there is a conversation and connection with them which is gained through listening - careful listening.  

No, I've never cared about what or where they own.  If you really are interested, look at the Pandora Papers.  That describes the real estate holdings of many of the world's elite and world leaders.

No I haven't but after peeking at the link it remains true that variety is the spice of life. Gary, I hear what you're saying about not checking schools, public transportation or dog parks, etc., however, location. location, location has not been overlooked.

I bet he doesn't either!!!  He is an investor and not an owner occupier on most of his holdings.

Interestingly they don't mention his Maui property.  That's why Maui is so attractive to these zillionaires - you can still go unnoticed here.  To his defense though, he has contributed to a lot of local charities.

I have never wondered about Jeff Bezos at all . . . he has the money to buy whatever he wants on a whim and he won't run out of money in his lifetime, his kids' or his grandkids' . . . well, it is highly unlikely. 

I have never wondered about his real estate holdings, or for that matter, never wondered about him at all other than really getting into using Amazon for many of my purchases.

I've never cared what other people own. That being said, I did click on the link and the only word that came to mind was "excessive."
