It says contract pending... I don't think investors care, as long as the numbers work. 

But I would never turn a listing into a creep show - fixer-upper or otherwise. I am not sure which kind of buyer this listing agent is targeting?

That house was creepyier than the dolls, though it would not attract much interest at that price around here.

However the dolls must be working, they caught your attention and prompted a share.

Apparently we are all to ancient to recognize the market segment this is targeting. That is happening more frequently the past years.
I do similar things to appeal to the buyer who I project will show greater appreciation of the property.
Creepy dolls....don't see how I can make that work.
