Jim, once you have uploaded the photo and spaced it (under advanced) as you always have, the photo/graphic loads to your post. 

It will be surrounded by a blue line, connected with dots at all 4 corners. You can continue to size it from there or if your sizing is right, just hit the left, center or right justify (outlined in pink below). We no longer have the ability to justify left, right or center under 'Advanced.' 

The added bonus of doing it this way is that you actually get to see how it looks on the page and you can very quickly move it to the left or the right.

Hello Jim Patton the new editor is set up differently. When we upload a photo now, we need to left-click the photo then select left, center, or right margin.

At the insert edit image screen - click on Advanced. This is where to add spacing between the text and the photo as well as a border.  Be sure to click SAVE.
