Richie, its been so hard to get away the last three years but a couple of visits to Lake Michigan's south shoreline is enough to charge my batteries for months any time of year. 

I try and keep my legs in shape by taking long walks along the glorious corn and soy bean fields.  God, I love the smell of ROUND UP in the morning!   I keep my arms in shape by turing the pages on the history books I love to read.
