It won't be me, Rocky... I don't "do" recipes and I don't "do" videos. My way of cooking is just put in a little of this, then a little of that. And those littles of this and that are never the same two times in a row! Plus I'm part of the Kathleen Daniels, Probate & Trust Specialist school of thought... blogging for me is about business and localism as it applies to my business. But I will look forward to reading the entries... never know when something just might catch my eye.

Anyway, I may join this challenge Rocky Dickerson .   I'm just not sure whether I can do a good video using my phone or how to do edit the video so it's not boring 😆

No videos here, but I do have plenty of photos.  I subscribe to a meal kit delivery service, so I have three meals a week that I cook up from scratch.  Last night was Chicken and Waffles, before that was a top sirloin on polenta with a balsamic reduction sauce.
