Expireds I don't get.  Vehicle warranties, selling one of my properties and calls for non-existant student loans (I paid my own way), now those I get regularly.

Yes considering there are few of them in this market. I should really look & see but I would have to look at cancelled/price reduced/relisted. Takes too much time.

Lately I've had FB messages asking me how I am generating business. I don't want to chit-chat with these guys at all.

Nope none of that stuff, but I would just delete them anyhow. But I am getting multiple solicitations daily from the SEO and the "getting you on the 1st page of Google" experts and "bloggers" wanting to write articles for me and to share links. The delete key is getting quite the workout.
