I am a gmail fan and use it for everything.  I do have a business identity and a private email address to keep my life separate from my buiness  

Gmail - only because it is required for G Services. Used for login purposes only.

Comcast - for personal use.

Outlook is my email client. 

No perceived pros or cons ... I just use them. 

I do not use my domain based email, never did. I use yahoo & gmail going thru outlook.

When I email my peeps, I use domain name and send via ActiveCampaign (and love it).

when they reply and/or regular emails, I use gmail. I like it + it makes it easier for the google applications I use (e.g. google analytics.

I also have a "fake" email addy I use to sign up for things and it happens to be aol (which I don't like as it has less capibility and can't even star important emails).  I used that because I had already used another acct for proton mail (which I did like) for something else and ironically I'm not usiing it anymore.

Microsoft Outlook. That's it. Otherwise too much to keep track of.

I've had multiple personal Gmail accounts for decades now, long before the "big data industrial complex" arose.  It's not something I'd use for business unless someone is on that service and having trouble getting my regular emails.  I do use ProtonMail as well for their encrypted emails, when I need to send something with PII to a third party.

Gmail, stability and massive storage for free.

Mac mail and all of my emails go to one place (filtered). 

AOL and Gmail. Just an old dog I guess!

I use only Outlook.

Our Team uses Office 365 but I have always used Outlook.

I have several and I use them for different reasons.  I even have a "junk" mail gmail account that I give when I buy something and they want to email my receipt because I know they will sell it.

Keeps the audience seperate.
That way when a voicemail of left and they are seeking Ann or Annette or Lynn or Lynette or Miller or Lawrence I know from which audience they are responding. Some accounts need to be checked daily while others just a weekly cheeck will do.
