I require 5-star service to my clients, attention to detail, responsiveness and no missed deadlines. (Pretty much what I expect of myself.) I want my clients treated the way I treat them.

Communicate.  

Dress and act like a professional.

Have a reception area, and clean restrooms, for clients/customers.

Everybody does what they are assigned to do wasting NOT one minute

I required title and escrow to be professional and timely responsive - which mine are ... they are the best in my opinion. 

Lender - same thing.  Tom Parke and his team are top-notch. 

I feel honored to have them all on my team! 

Side note:  IMHO - too many real estate agents expect the escrow officer to manage so many aspects of the real estate agent's job ...

Our title companies do a great job of assembling the paperwork and handling the closing.

Once we clear inspections and appraisals there is not that much for us to do other than periodic checks to make sure everything is proceeding on track with buyers, sellers, lenders and closers.

That they do their job right and on time with great service.

Dependable and professional, that also means following up and through consistently, Rocky.

We work with closing attorneys. I require them to look out for my buyer's best interest and be professional. Their duties include pulling title, liens, paying off mortgages, coordinating with the lender, coordinating with the HOA, preparing the closing package, doing mail away closings when necessary, etc. Most attorney's office are quite good at their jobs.

Oh I'm easy like Sunday morning. Stay on top of the critical dates. Communicate timely. Be efficient. Then I don't have to micromanage, which I do not relish.

Timely communication and efficient processing are essential. Always had a preferred title company and lender.

Putting on my title hat, I want agents to please send me any and all contract addenda. I hate not knowing there is a price change or seller credit and I only find out when I send around prelim closing statements for review.

Highly professional service.

I like the title company to acknowledge the new order, and stay on top of the deadlines for commitment, etc.   Lenders - call the buyers back in a timely manner and get them approved as quickly as possible, and stay on top of deadlines.   Just like me! 

We are an attorney state so I do not worry about those things at all. Most of their contact is with the title company. LO's better stay in touch with them.
