I produce at least 40 of them per month, covering my top counties on a 3 month revolving schedule.

I have templates set up with all the essentials (google map, local info, market stats, search url, photos, call to action), then my admin compiles the data from the mls into a spreadsheet that I pull from to feed into the template once a week.

I have been working on upgrading my templates over the past 3 months, and will continue with an additional upgrade in the next quarter that will include a video to go with each.

The Gmap and Video not only add to the post, they also serve to kiss up to Google and boost my seo position.

Since I started getting serious about mkt reports I have been impressed at how much clients and potential clients rely on these and how much credibility it gives us in their minds.

I do market reports. I've developed my own templates and graphics and just update numbers each month. Have not heard of an app that does that for you.

I do market reports, but don't use an app. I pull data from my MLS, put it in a spreadsheet, update the summary data, then copy my last market report blog, and replace/redo information as necessary.

I don't trust data that just gets automatically pulled/summarized from somewhere. An agent told me the average price points in my area went from this number to that number. I wondered what was included in that number. Everything. She included land, commercial properties, single family homes, mobile homes, everything. It wasn't a useful data point at all.

I should get back to doing market reports. It has been a long time since I have done one.

I don't think you mean app but program for infographics. There is plenty of stuff to use.

Publisher - Powerpoint - Word is just garbage for that stuff

I use InfoSparks and my MLS combined with Cloud CMA.

Infosparks is the only automatic, but you're limited to their format...the rest I do custom.

I do.  I have not found an "easy mode" yet for them.  They still involve me pulling data from the MLS, putting it into a spreadsheet and then writing a blog around them (though the bulk of the content stays the same each week).  My old ones were easier, just city info and a small table for the market stats.  The new format (which is only on my website) is much more detailed and has several text sections that need to be updated each time.

I do not do mailers.  I have seen postcard companies that have a "set & forget" model for market stats, but mailing isn't my thing so I don't recall who the company was.

Never used an app for market data. The only market report I do these days is for my niche site ...  used to do them weekly for 8 areas then monthly for the same 8 areas ... now I only do one a month.   I pull data from the MLS and then scrub that data.  I created my own template and modify it from month to month.

Market reports can be powerful tools, but the key is in providing analyses to go with the numbers. You would need to use your own market savvy for that, not an app.

I'm not aware of an app that does this.  I create mine directly from the MLS data each month. There are some good suggestions here.
