I am unaware of any changes in the works for 1031s  . . . the last significant changes were 2018 removing personal property, and last year's timeline changes for some exchanges due to Covid.

I mean it. I've done many 1031s for me and others, have taken many classes and still I will ALWAYS refer and defer to a qualified intermediary because things DO change so much . . . with the new honk honk . . . you know, the thing . . . I'm sure there will be more fkery and shenanigans! LOL
