It's me but I hate to admit it. By the time September & October come around I get it in gear. I've been both a strong starter and strong finisher although never simultaneously. Luckily at this stage I have the luxury to pick and choose from a much, much wider database.

Not a single thing.  It is only when I get in my own way that challenges present. Otherwise, business and life are awesome.

Oh wait, I almost forgot ... the darn mask gets in my way and I do not. Do Not. Do. Not. Like. Wearing. One.

Focus

I am a terrible procrastinator. Always have been.

A happy and productive life is the goal.

I got this.

Anyone or anything in the way gets run over.

I have a 4 x 4. 

I don't like the word "goal" because that is a limiting term whether high or low or just right.   But with a good business and marketing plan, you just have to go for it, really want it, no excuses, no one else to blame.

If I'm not reaching my goals, the reason would be me.

Three things... Me, Myself and I. Always a work in progress. No.excuses. allowed.

If I don't meet my goals, there's only one person to blame - ME! 

All is going along very well and I totally expect it will this year and every other year.   Of course I've been teaching life and biz planning for years and it's so simple to me.

I think all of us can identify this issue has asserted itself more over the past 12 months.
Staying focused with the "ON THE BUSINESS" activity. Just way too much noise in the environment. Let me elaborate.
I have a 94 YO mother who lives on a one acre spread. She is very active, altert and engaged. There is a flow of healthcare and maintenance people. And she is a boarderline horder and as such creates hazards that will eventually deliver bad outcomes.
Then then is the 'we're in this together' call to be availabe to help others when the need is apparent.
And even when one is 'unplugged' the craziness of socialism still finds it way into the environment.
And lets not forget Tom Brady has allowed us who live near TAmpa to take our eyes off the ball and be distracted by the irrelevant.
Now, there is this real estate thing where Covid Protocol Compliance has permeated every aspect of business.
To bust up the fog I interviewed with other franchise brokers only to see that nothing has changed in regards to the predation of brokers. That not going to work.
Focus.....it seems......must be followed by.....ON WHAT?
ON your business of course!!
