No slaying of dragons here. I rid them into battle and slaughter my enemies. Here is a video of one of my dragons, Trogdor the Burninator, burninating the country side.

Andrew,
It depends on the day and our appetite. Yesterday, we had eggs and ham for lunch, and fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Sometimes we have a shake with fruit. Typically on Saturdays we have a croissant freshly baked that morning either chocolate or almond... Some mornings, we just have coffee. A

I've been known to enjoy Breakfast for Dinner but I have not eaten a morning breakfast in probably 50 years. I was trendy with "Intermittent Fasting" before it was a thing, ha ha

Sunday is flapjacks with maple syrup OJ, and of course coffee.
The rest of the week is two or three eggs over easy, bacon(sometimes sausage), wheat or twelve-grain toast, home fries, OJ, and of course lots of coffee. I always use real butter and each day the toast is covered with either a jam, combed honey, or crunchy peanut butter!
Oh, and at the last physical my cholesterol level and blood pressure were fine!

That looks so yummy.
My breakfast depends on what I'm craving and the time available to prepare and eat it. Eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes sound good. 😊

Steel cut oats almost daily although I won't turn away french toast or a great apple fritter if given the chance. Always washed down with coffee for a complete breakfast!

I have never been and probably never will be a breakfast eater. Give me two cups of black coffee with Stevia to start my day then yogurt and orange juice or a piece of fruit.
Occasionally I make a crustless quiche with ham or Canadian bacon, broccoli florets and whatever else sounds good for dinner. If pressed for time, I like an omelette or scrambled eggs for a quick dinner. No toast, bacon or sausage unless it is Canadian bacon. Protein yes, carbs no.
