Yes I do know.  :)  I've been using them on my written ones for a long time now, maybe since the begining.  It's the copy & paste listing ones from realbird or listings magic that I don't do it on, but that's not going to get featured anyways!

Yes and I am trying to figure out how I will incorporate the featured photo into my postings.  I currently use one on my Sunday series, but it is the same one each time and I am not sure if that is the way to go or if it needs to be a different picture for each and every post.  I understand the importance of it, but don't quite understand how to use it effectively yet.

Yes... I knew that. I've inserted a feature photo into every single one of my posts since that option became available in the Rain some years ago. The fact that a post needs one to be featured is not the incentive to me. Featured posts come and go quickly, provide 100 measly points. When I'm featured, it's nice, but it's not the purpose behind what I post here.
