It's not likely you'll get much encouragement for buying any kinds of leads from seasoned ActiveRain members.  We are of the mind that if you spent that time and money generating your own leads the short term AND long term results are a far better return on your money.

If you purchase leads, be prepared for two realities:

1. Most of the leads that you purchase will be a waste of time.

2. You can be successful only with regimented and relentless follow up and commitment of the time to do the follow up.

I have not, Jerry Strusowski .  I think it may be different from one area to another and the program that you paid for.   I heard that some bigger real estate team in my area purchased the entire zip code (or two, or three) for a large amount of money.  Then they distribute it to all their agents and that it works for them.  Let me know what you find out, I would be interested to hear about it.
