Oh Boy, Not that I know of. Our Governor ... well nevermind.
No way would I be attending a 2-day class and be required to wear a mask.
I am challenged enough wearing a mask in a grocery store.

I have no idea. I haven't seen mention of anything, but the exam cram courses are back in person I believe. Or at least I think they were at one point. I know our association isn't doing anything in person.
In California for real estate you're just required to test on 40 hours worth of material and not required to actually spend 40 hours in a classroom (or online). I usually get mine done a few months before the license expires (you can't submit CE hours before 3 months prior to your deadline.... I know, it's dumb, but that's California for ya).

We have not had in-person classes or meetings since March. Probably not until our numbers here in Denver/Colorado are down. Good luck to you, but sounds like you are prepared.

There are a few going on but not many. I switched to teaching via zoom as have many other instructors I know.
Be safe in your classes Tammy!

Prior to Covid 19, I did my required classes for license renewal on-line. I would do so now even if in-person classes are an alternative which I do not believe they currently are.
Good luck and stay healthy, Tammy Lankford,.

In Florida, you can do you CE either in person, livestream, or distance(by mail or online). This was true before the pandemic and now.
Florida is now #1 in the number of real estate licensees we have. We surpassed California in the number of real estate licensees we have because we have continued to issue new licenses, but California shut down.

In Illinois you practically need the governor's permission to go outside. Still waiting for my green wristband! His family is in Florida for safety!
