History tells us "normal" is constantly being redefined.  Meanwhile, life goes on.

Nothing has changed much since the major change in March, so based on  5 months of pandemic, riots, extreme weather, elections, new processes and a recession, I'd say we're living in normal for now.  I believe that if you cling to how it used to be and don't live in the how it is now, while striving for a better tomorrow, you'll be in a perpetual depression or frozen in waiting. Live in the now normal while working for a better future. The pandemic doesn't follow a schedule.

We are in the new normal.  We will never return to the way it was.   I dont think this is a time for gloom and doom.  Not at all,  But we need to be proactive and anticipate how we can best serve our family, our friends, our clients.

Life has always been normal for me because I don't have an IV to the mainstream media and I can critically think, plus I am blessed to live in an area where not as many of us are livestock as some would think.

Are politicians using the pandemic to their own benefit? That is almost an innocently redundant question. If it bleeds it leads, and never let a good crisis go to waste?

There are some who are not . . . they are doing their job for their people and not THEIR CAREERS on the gravy train.

I set a strong intent that those people are all out of jobs as those who voted for them to SERVE open eyes to the SELF SERVING and hypocrisy.

This is why you must always vote for your MAYORS and County Supervisors . . . they matter.

Home is where the hearth is.

Doubtful.

DJT wins. More of the same.
DJT loses. Free for all 'till January 20th.
Biden wins. (slightly different than DJT loses).  Gridlock for the next four years, less'n Dems take Senate and House. (highly unlikely).

The real losers in all of this?  Us.

Yes, they will return to NORMAL.

But NOT the normal we remember.

The new normal equals  ALL whites are racist and privileged and will be compelled to give it all back.  You can see it coming. The humorous part is the content of character will not be applied.
Long after the election and covid, the tribal drums will still be beating.
But here in my piece of Fl paradise normal is staying in 1976.
The only defense if to Turn It Off!!
Then the manipulation is harder for 'them' the acheive.

I do hope the election fixes things and I'm sick of stupidity and meanness in our country.

But, I think things will start to get back to normal after a vaccine is developed and rolled out - maybe March of next year. It may start in January or so, but pretty sure, it will take at least until the middle of next year to take care of most people.

What I am seeing is who politicians/leaders (?) really are and are not and what they will do for fame, money and power everyone else be damned literally. This country was never intended for abuse. Let Trump loose to make the necessary changes for the country. A guy who donates his salary, works tirelessly and cares about the other fellow is what we need to restore greatness and weed out the less than honorable people who have gripped the nation in turmoil....

Define "normal". I think after the election we (as a country) will either evolve or devolve, depending on the outcome of the election. It is heartbreaking to see all the hatred that we have endured...the pandemic is bad enough without pouring gasoline on a fire.

It has all been political. If it was not an election year, things would be different. Things will change November 4th, but lets hope Fredom wins over Socialism.
