Our properties are all the above and while there is still plenty of inventory, it is getting lower by the day. People are looking at outlying areas like never before and the price is going up. I was asked today if we'd consider selling, not going to happen!

We are low. We only have 1200 homes on the MLS (in my county), which is far less than I have ever seen on the market. If I do the entire MLS it isn't much better, at around 1900 properties.

super low - we have about a months worth but the bulk of that is the two extremes of our price range - over priced junk at the bottom and our top end has the majority of our inventory as we don't have that many 1M+ sales per year but we have a relatively fair amount of $1M+ listings.
