No.
Went to the store a couple days ago, and the TP aisle looked normal for the first time in a long time.

The shelves are more sparsely stocked. TP is available, surrounded by yards of vacancy.
Most staples, pasta, beans, dry goods are also sparse.

Stores such as Target and Bells are revealing more and more floor space as the incoming stock is not incoming.
Business supplies like specialty printers, inks and papers disappearing.
Clothing stock in the L and XL sizes......disappearing.
Isopropyl Alcohol  must be snagged at 8 am because by 10 it all gone.

HEre in Florida hurricane preparedness and pandemics compel citizens to look for the same stock of supplies.

No our shelves are well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels now. In every store I have been in, there are signs on the doors leading that clearly state they reserve the right to limit the amount of products. I believe that has really helped. I no longer see people leaving Costco with shopping carts full of only paper products.

It's not so much a shortage as limited supply although I think the stores are not fully stocking the shelves and just replenish a little at a time as there are still empty places on the shelves. There is TP, tissues, paper napkins and paper towels but signs are posted restricting customers to buying only one of each.

Limited amounts of flour, yeast and some baking supplies are available with a limit of one per customers. Soup is more available now and so are pasta, sauce and rice. Isopropyl alcohol is still not available at my store.

The above is all subject to change without notice if a hurricane heads this way (always a run on supplies) so I suspect most locals are still stocking up on paper goods and non-perishables.

Man, someone else must do the shopping in your household. LOL I go to grocery store practically daily. And yes, there are few shortages except now Goya foods are rationed  . . . which I think is hilarious.

Toilet paper and paper towel shortages are over here in our market.  Still having a hard time with bleach and clorox wipes.

NOPE! We shop weekly and we've had all the basics back in stock since early May. But, we're chill in America's Finest City, we don't hoard and deprive our neighbors of their fair share...and yes I'm on a soap box. Parts of this country are shameful.

It's not exactly overstocked in my area. I'm not over-purchasing anything - its stupid.

One of the last houses I sold had TP & paper towels stuffed everywhere. One master closet had a whole wall of stuff. It truly shows the mindset of the seller - that of lack.

Generally speaking ... yes.

Paper Towels too although paper towels are available ...

All paper products come at a premium price. Much more costly than pre COVID.

I haven't been there since 3/6, but I order from the local stores onlne, and I'd say 75% of the time it's there. Things will ease up as more people go back to work, school, etc.  There are 2 dffferent distribution channels - stores and commercial and it is not easy for them to reroute these give different forms and distribution channels.
